Nature of the product

EWM Case Strategist is an educational tool for organising facts, preparing communication and planning next steps in workplace situations. It does not provide legal, medical, psychological or financial advice and does not replace a professional assessment.

Access

One purchase permits use by one customer on up to two devices. Do not publish, sell or share your access code. Clearing cookies may cause the same browser to be recognised as a new device. A code may be deactivated following a refund, misuse or breach of these terms.

User responsibilities

You make your own decisions and are responsible for checking your contract, internal procedures, deadlines and applicable law. The app’s output is based only on your answers. It does not establish an employer’s intentions or the legal status of an event.

Limitations

We do not guarantee any outcome of a conversation, internal procedure, negotiation or employment dispute. Seek timely professional legal advice where disciplinary action, dismissal, discrimination, harassment or another infringement of rights may be involved.

Intellectual property

The content, protocols, wording and product structure belong to Empower with Marija. Personal use is permitted. Reproduction, resale and public distribution are not permitted.

Changes

The product and these terms may be updated to improve functionality, security or compliance.

English pilot availability

The role-change protocol and its free preview are available in English. Other scenarios and the included Playbook remain in Serbian. Payment is handled by Payhip.
